power cut

For this month every 3days a week our power would go out because of an overload. We will have load shedding for example and then when the power comes on we have power for 20 - 30 min and it goes off again or it won't come back at all in your side. Ekurhuleni then only sends someone out the next day, where we have to sit without power for at least 48 hours. this not only happened once but at least 4 times. every time we phone and tell them about the problem they either put down the phone or log a simple call which takes 24 hours SLA. This is unacceptable as this has happened several times. There Are people with power in the area, and this is true. . why is nothing being done about it and why do we have to suffer for it? they need to check izinyoka nyoka or its ether they hired incompetence people to do the job they can't come fix soothing today and its burned again two days after how bad its is that even when the no load shedding you don't have power?<br> <br> Your contact have been damaged due to this issue yesterday it went of around 4pm we called we were promised that it will come back till now nothing Eskom had better service than the government service we getting you will never ever
