Potholes

Potholes, potholes, potholes .........you cant drive more than 20km per hour in any area in the East Rand. Once again only the few of us is paying our bills and nothing gets done. I had an emergency and had to go to hospital. I bearly avoided 3 accidents that could have caused people to die. The question is who would be blamed for any deaths. You know the answer. No wonder people who can is moving out of the province
