Pothole damage claim - no progress
<p>I was provided the contact details to submit my claim. I submitted the required documentation on 22 September 2016. I have had zero communication since despite two follow-up emails sent (Three people are aware of this: Simon Z; Sibusiso D; Thobile K). Please can I have an update in writing?</p>
