POOREST SERVICE DELIVERY

I am highly dissapointed at the quality of your services. We,as the community of Delville,have a problem with the frequent power cuts with no warning. We cannot live like this. It's currently 15:20 and we hadn't had electricity since last night around 7 .Please look into the matter and fix it as soon as possible. Life needs to go on and at this time we need to cook and complete other daily activities but we can't due to the long power cut!
