Poor workmanship
Hello Peter <br> <br> Please assist in elevating a query that was logged more than three weeks ago of a leaking/burst pipe at 39 Heather road, Leondale, Roodekop, Germiston, 140. I logged this call online but the system wouldn't generate a reference number as a result we decided to contact the call centre.<br> <br> The history of the reports are as follows: 31/08/2015 Naledi<br> 02/09/2015 Khanyisile <br> 04/09/2015 Thabiso <br> 07/09/2015 Nompumelelo <br> <br> Reference number is ***<br> <br> Kind regards <br> Mosime

Can we please just get clarity on the matter above, ref nr *** is logged as a WATER METER LEAK and not a burst/leaking pipe. Thus if it is a water leak/burst pipe needs to go to a different department so I took the liberty to relog the call as a burst pipe with ref nr ***
