Poor Services from Ekurhuleni

I've logged a water leak on 22/09/2021 it's still not fixed every time when I phone they tell me the same story that they will escalate the matter and the manager of the water department will phone me and that is also not happening it looks like a dam in front of the house!!!! How difficult is it to do the job that you get paid for. Please I want this matter sorted I will not pay my account until it has been sorted Ref Number *** Telephone number ***
