Poor service's from ekurhuleni

Last week Friday 26 of July I moved in at phumula everyday their is loadshedding .then they lie and say a cable is ****** how can the mayor allow to have people work for him who made us suffer like this we pay lights aleady so why disconnect us every day.and all they do is shift the problem from one person to the other. Doesn't the team leaders in your call centre bring this to your attention . I will ask you as a municipality to act and sort out your mess as soon. Thank your.
