Poor service/ wrongful disconnection

My house was disconnected for non payment of services whereas I did pay and in time. When forwarding them with proof of payment, they claimed that a file from Katlehong offices was still pending to be uploaded in the system but what amazed me is that they have a nerve to send contractors to disconnect people. They act as if they are doing you a favor to reconnect you. No one wants to take responsibility and promise you that it will never happen again. All this happened at Germiston offices.
