Poor Service

Worst service ever from Ekurhuleni, in just in 6 days overdue we received pre termination notice with extra charged of R276 really this is unfair to be charged so much in just few days we don't even get grace period. To make this worst is that the whole East Rand is dirty and no one charged them for poor services. My husband lost he job and he went to report guess what nothing gets done the only thing is to charge us to balance their finances. Those who are paying rates and taxes are the ones who safer the most. I don't know what to do I was trying my level best to keep up with our account but now I have to pay R276 more which is unfair and yet my husband went to explain that he has lost he job last year.
