poor service-electrical department

<p>Good day</p> <p>I lodged a complaint yesterday 6pm that our electricity tripped l have been waiting since yesterday, no electrician has come out to try resolve this issue. I know they usually take more than 24hours to resolve this issue and I don't understand why because electricians are suppose to be on call out 24/7. PLEASE ASSIST. I am a resident of GELUKSDAL. ref number : ********** .</p>
