POOR SERVICE - EKURHULENI BOKSBURG

I am working for a law firm, we are waiting for more than 9 working days for a clearance certificate, as the payment has not yet been validated.

Schgrya Greyling is not available to answer calls at all nor is she replying to emails.

The person dealing with the matter is also not responding to any correspondence.

Something needs to be done at Ekurhuleni Boksburg as we get a bad review for poor services due to Ekurhuleni Boksburg not delivering clearance figures or clearance certificates on time.

Nor the Estate Agents or clients understand the delay of issuing clearance figures and clearance certificates.
