Poor service

I logged a call in Jan 2024 for a leaking meter which took the plumbers two weeks to come out after several follow ups with the call centre. My meter was taken out till date it hasn’t been replaced when you call the call centre they advise you that they logging a new call for you and turn around time is 24hours next thing you receive an sms your case has been closed while you haven’t been helped. Till day I have no meter
