poor service delivery on electricity

extremely poor service i logged a power outage on the 26th June 2025 which was on a Thursday, and got a ref nr 1419, to date we have not been assisted nor any update to assure us of the progress, it is uncalled for to have such service while we pay crazy amounts of rates and taxes and levies. please hello peter kindly intervene i am tired
