Poor service delivery in Germiston

My electrical power to my house in Hazeldene, Germiston is off for more than a week without any response from the energy department. I have logged the problem and phoned the call centre daily without any response. I don't know what else to do anymore. I had to throw away all the food in my fridges!!!! The moment when I ask the EMM Call Centre to speak to a supervisor or someone who can assist then they cut me off. This is frustrating and unacceptable, who can I phone or contact at the energy department for assistance?
