Poor service delivery from Ekurhuleni Water department

I have noticed I have a sewer blockage on saturday and logged a call on sunday, they came but couldnt unblock the drain. what annoys me is that the minute they saw I had an outside toilet they said I did my own thing and I bought the house adn found the toilet there, even when I tried to explain to them that I have found all the structures there they refused to believe me they left without unblocking it and told me I must get my own plumber. I had to find myself a plumber to do the service that I am paying for every month unfortunately the plumber couldnt fix the problem because it is not in my house other two of my neighbours are experiencing the same problem and one did log a call when they came they found that he was digging to avoid the sewage water to go to his whole yard as the water was filling the whole yard they didnt fix it they just took pictures and left.

I have tried to ask assistance from my ward Counsellor with no luck , my incident reference number has been closed with the reason "WRONG CONNECTION" but it is so obvious that the problem is in the main pipe not in our yard, it has been 7 days now leaving in these unhealthy environment and we have kids it's not on at all. I had to pay a plumber for something he couldnt fix because the problem is not in my yard, this is unacceptable
