Poor service delivery from Ekurhuleni electricity department

I have never been so respected by a consultant by the name Thabiso for ekurhuleni electricity department on the ***. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. I have been without electricity for over 24hrs and have logged a call and been the their offices in swartkoppies and everytime I follow ùp I get the same answer "we have logged the query with out technicians and they will attend to it now" no one could give an ETA when. And as for this so called Thabiso to come tell me "I will loose my cool with you" the nerve.. He needs to check himself and before speaking to anyone because his unprofessionalism is so disgusting.
