Poor service delivery by Springs energy department

I am so frustrated with Ekurhuleni manicipality We ‘been sitting without electricity for 3 days now and not a single individual in so called office have a solution because their workers don’t want to work over time... how’s that our problem because we paying rates and taxis... when people protest and burn things they are wrong but we must just sit in the dark , we can’t cook or bath kids in this cold weather and our food is getting spoiled in the fridges and no one will pay for it . This down right wrong Can we get help
