Poor service Delivery and rude Sewer Area Manager ****ie

Poor service Delivery and poor customer service by sewer Area Manager by the name of ****ie. This guy is so rude and cant seem to do his job. I have reported sewer blockage where by the Main Hole is blocked and all sewer is oming out of my drains. I called this guy as Area Manager to assist and speed up to unblock the sewer then he told me if i received the report and i told him that i don't need a report but all i need is for them to unblock the Sewer Main hole then the guy said im rude and dropped the phone on my ear. This guy need a serious Customer service training.
