POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Most parts of germiston,Delville and Lambton do not have electricity.There is no communication whatsoever or explanation for this. It's been gone since 4a.m on today and its currently 17:15 and we still don't have electricity. This is disappointing.Look into this as soon as possible.
