POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND DISHONESTY

I've been having a problem with my electricity since Sunday,8 August. I have called the municipality to help me but everyone has been been telling me that they will send technicians to help me. The electricity keeps going on and off within a time period of at least 1/2 a minute each time. This is a matter I reported since the 8th of August 2021 but no one has showed up to help. I've been living without electricity since the 8th of August!! This is way too much!!!
