Poor service delivery
<p> good morning, we all know that South Africa needs water. And we are taught to save as much water as we can. Now I fail to understand why does it take a month for municipality to fix our water leakage. Mom lodged a call with you guys a month ago, you sent her an sms saying you will come on the 7 of November to fix it up to this date you haven't bothered to come fix... I wanna know how many more months will it take for you to fix the water leakage </p>
