Poor service delivery

<p>don't know how long must I wait to get my electricity fixed. On the 20th of October I went to Swaartkopies ekurhuleni municipality offices, to report that I have no lights, the lady who was assisting me gave me a reference number and said she will send the electricians and they never came. On the 21st October I called the municipality offices asking them when will they assist us, the lady said she highlighted the query and the technicians will be with us before the end of the day. Well, now it's 20h00 and still no technician came to fix our electricity. How long must we stay without lights. How many years and months will it take u to fix this</p>
