Poor service delivery

We don't have have power from last Saturday. Went to report the fault to the municipal offices and were given reference number. Was told they will allocate a subcontractor on ste to come assist with the problem. It was on Monday and no one came to assess the fault. Have been going back and forth to the offices and they keep telling is that they are sending someone. It's been 3 days to no avail. Can they atleast send or communicate.
