Poor Service Delivery

I reported the sewage blockage in my house to Ekurhuleni in Edenvale CM*** they promise the plumber will come but no one came. it has been 7 day since I reported the issue . i keep on phoning them daily they keep on telling me same story that the plumber will come. This is poor service delivery the smell is terrible in the yard this is not healthy for us.
