POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

We(Delville) have been experiencing load shedding for the past 15 hours starting from a few minutes after 7 the previous day.We understand that load shedding is active throughout the city but it isn't fair that we experience it for more than 10 hours yet we are only on level 2 load shedding.Please look into the matter and at least communicate with us if there is any faulty connection or anything of that sort.
