Poor Service deliver

After 6 visits 'service center' and numerous calls to the 'call center' ; almost two months later the municipality cannot even replace a broken prepaid electricity meter. All we get are promises and no service delivery. Who has time to sit around waiting for the technicians who never arrive? If they do they make a promise to replace the meter, upon follow they send the rude technician, known as Clinton and never come back.
