Poor service

Tshepo ref ***. Been without electricity for 7 days now. Every time we call they tell us that a technician will come out. Went to Ekuruleni Germiston twice on Sat and was told that a technician will come out after 1:30 but can take up to 48hrs. Till date no electricity. The following consultants was contact and still no electricity. Ntabiseng Molefe, Mabuke Ramawela, Tsulufelo Tshwagong, Sibusiso called back on Sunday to say that the electrician is busy at a house then his coming to our house. Sipho mtukulo.
