Poor service

The worst ever service and response. I have been out of electricity from the 5th of April 3 days full. Each time I call they say they are on thier way. I was give a reference number 1768 till this hoir 7th of April 2021 7:54 ...No technician has been dispatched to my house to attend to the case. What is worse is that the call centre is no longer picking up our calls at all.y
