Poor service

Poor service all around. They are so unprofessional. Firstly you hold for a while only to get through to a line where the consultant is speaking in the background to their pears. Then the technicians don't come out for days which means you have to call the call center numerous times. December we waited for 2weeks without electricity. Our meat got spoiled. No one came out after having called numerous times. When the technicians do come out nothing is done cause they don't know how to open the box or some other excuse. You are forced to buy prepaid electricity which you cannot even make use of.
