poor service

<p>I have a problem with my electricity which went off on Friday afternoon, i tried to call the ekurhuleni customer service and i couldn't get through, on Saturday morning i went and i was told my electricity tripped from the miter box so i mudt call the call centre which gave me the ref number which is ********** , i was told the technician will come on Saturday, they didn't, i called the whole day on Sunday still i didnt get any technician instead i was told to hold for a supervisor for a long time till i drop a phone, on Monday morning i went back to the municipality and i was referred to the lady by the name of Eva eho promised that i will have electricity and when i saw that nothing was happening till 17:00 i tried to call her and her phone was off, when I called the call centre i was told the problem was solved, its now going to 19:00 still no assistance from ekurhuleni, i have to throw away all the food i had in my fridge, who's going to pay for the damage, the staff and management from ekurhuleni don't care about their clients, we are paying for those services without fail but still we dont get the service we paying for and no one seems to be caring </p>
