Poor service

I called the City Ekurhuleni Municipality call centre they are not working they are dropping calls when we are calling ,they are closing case references without a feedback Agents : Mpho ,Gugu and Dan

This is our community centre that suppose to help us but they are not working they are not helping at all then we have to Vote for such things
