Poor service

Had a problem with high voltage on the plugs. Blew all my appliances. Lodged 2 complains and and was given 2 reference numbers. Till date no one came to fix the problem. Landlord went to their offices and they told him to tell us to use surge protector for time being. That's pathetic, don't they know at high voltage means anything you plug burns? Can they please allocate technician who loves his/her job to come fix the problem. We are losing here. Problem mentioned is at Van de venter street cruywagen park. Please
