Poor pathetic disgusting service...!!!!!

Electricity cut off due to outstanding amount of R1500. I have spoken to this Nic Alberts who's suppose to be the manger of the credit dept, sadly sir your attitude towards customers are unacceptable and slamming the phone down in my ear even more so. I have settled the account and STILL you went ahead and cut me off..???!!!!<br> <br> None of the phone numbers work or are even been answered after hours, so why do you even offer an after hours service if you know that you are *********** to do so..?<br> <br> Really disgusted with this pathetic service for which we are expected to pay every month ! <br>
