Poor / non-existant service

Poor service rendered.Have had countless problems with the municipality that seem in no way would be resolved any time soon as their toll free number and the other number listed on their restructured website which no notification was sent that it will be modified are hardly answered when one tries to call. I have been using their old siyakhoka website to retrieve and pay my accounts.Recently on trying to log on website, got message."service terminated '' without any notice having gone out. By change picked up that they have come up with new/modified website and I register on this website and to my suprise , I am a resident of a place I moved from 15years ago and all my correct details that were on the old discontinued website seems to have been wiped off. Registering on new website , one is advised that you'll get an activation on email supp**** and none is coming through.Big question is how do we get through to them if queries lodged on their portal does not give receipt acknowledgement and calls go unanswered.
