Poor and lazy response from the municipality

<p>Our country is currently facing a serious problem with water and none of us must misuse water in such a way that will bring our dams down just because we pay for water bills.</p> <p>I have a Nigerian neighbour who is claiming that all of us at our area we are bewitching him and in that case he will spread the water all over his yard and outside of his yard. I confronted him as the closet neighbour and he told me to '**** off' and nobody can do him anything in this country as he defeated people of zimbabwe. I did that because the water that he spread all over his yard has penetrated through the wall and now is in my yard [refer to the pic uploaded], He does this everytime he sees my wife sweaping with a broom infront of the gate and he will do that for about an hour to a point whereby this water will penetrate through my wall and confronting him always brings a fight.</p> <p>I made a call last week to boksburg municipality about the misuse of water and the guy over the phone told me that there's nothing they can do so long the litters of the neighbour are still within the range. I tried to explain in detail what the water has done to my yard and he told me to do whatever that i can do because there's nothing they can do as Municipality. </p> <p>Now i or my wife cannot clean the yard because the guy will be out there wasting water because the water is within the recommeded range? No people that's not how it works, and none of this municipality employees will stand for this if they were to be the neigbours.</p> <p>Can higher people who are responsible for the water help me on this one?...</p>
