Poor account management

I sold my property in 2011 paid Ekurhuleni's settlement figure that was provided by them and closed the account.<br> They provided a clearance certificate to the transferring atorneys and the sale was complete. For the last few years they continuosly hand me over to for an amount of 200 rand plus but can not explain what this amount is for even though the balance reflected was after the settlement and closure of the account. Every time their attorneys contact me to pay the amount I supply them with the proof of payment for the settlement figure which the attorneys accept but then a few months down the line Ekurhuleni hands me over again. When the figure is queried they are not able to provide a recon for the amount the claim I owe.<br> I have to continuosly suffer for their shoddy service and poor account management..<br> They expect people to pay amounts they can't explain. I have asked them to make an application to the court to force me to pay the amount to see if they can convince a magistrate that I owe this amount but they can't even do that.
