picking up call and throwing phone down
18 April 2016 at 15h12, I called the Service Call Centre number ***0 to report a water leak, the call centre agent picked up the phone, probably just to make it stop ringing and continued to hve a conversation with her colleagues, all the time I was saying \hello\" with no response.<br> The Call centre agent then ended the call.<br> <br> DISGUSTING SERVICE! <br> <br> VOTE them out permanently!!"
