Phones for Decoration

I paid my EMM account on 15/06/2015 but it is still not reflecting in my online system as paid. In the meantime they are adding interest and I tried to phone *** and not one of the numbers are answered. How are you supposed to get any answers!!!! Sis EMM pick up your socks and get efficient staff to handle the phones and not put them in the ba*****t where nobody seems to answer it.
