Phila from CoE Alberton

I received a call from Phila (CoE Alberton) regarding an outstanding balance that is different to a balance issued to me 4 days ago. She couldn't explain why the balance has increased, she couldn't answer any basic questions asked to her, instead felt the need to be RUDE and SPOKE OVER ME. CoE Alberton does not treat residents equally and fairly. Residents that make payments to avoid termination of electricity are targeted just because they always attend to the demanded payments! With a balance of under 4k I get pestered with calls, messages etc while other residents that owe close to 30k don't get harassed as much. It's totally unfair! Then a clueless Phila calls you just to be RUDE and SPEAK OVER YOU...
