Payment via Isiyakhokha not allocated

I made rate and tax payment on the isiyakhokha platform on the 05 June 2024 via eft option, the payment show success on the platform but my statement or account not credited. On the 1st July 2024 i call Isiyakhokha , they requested proof of payment which i provided even now on the 2nd August my account is still not credited. I went to the municipality ,they sent an email to isiyakhokha people 8th July 2024 even know still no response. This is very nonsensical.
