Payment of credit from Ekhurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality to Ms C Young

I am writing a review on behalf of Ms C Young On 4 July 2019 Ms Young's previous property registered on the new owners name Since then she has been struggling to get the Credit that is owed to her my the above mentioned Municipality (The amount of ZAR 8647.66) Voucher nr: 350B064071 Payee Ref nr: *** Payee name: Wagener Muller Vermaak (Attorneys) Date created: 2020/02/07 Amount: R8647.66 As she has been transferred and relocated to the Western Cape, It is impossible to go see them herself.

I have in my possession all the documentation and correspondence between her and the Siyakhokha support team. No one is able or willing to help her. Even correspondence from Wagener Muller and Vermaak Attorneys who did the Conveyancing. They cant even get any response.
