Paying Double for Rates and Taxes

My property is a 230 square metre property and I am being charged R556.85 just for the rates and taxes(home Owners Tax). I have seen statements of some of my neighbours with much bigger propertys paying just over R200.00 per month, No one at the Municipality can explain this to me and when I go to the Boksburg Offices I am being send from one floor to the other.<br> <br> To make matters worse this months statement is almost the same as last months and the statement is not showing any breakdown of chargers.<br> <br> I tried calling them several times but the phone are just riniging. its frastrating to deal with the Municipality
