patheticaly run and misuses of our taxes

i have been reporting the non working streetlights in the entirety of the Gerdview area that have now put us at a greater risk of crime at night since October of last year and nothing gets done. not only have the streetlights not been fixed but Ekhuruleni has the nerve to send me an sms a few weeks after each of my logged complaints telling me the issue has been resolved.
