Pathetic service

the call centre along with "management" lack in basic human skill. i called to log a problem on the 5th of dec. on the 6th i followed up and was told it was incorrectly logged. we then logged a new case number and till date 8-12 nothing has been done. not even a phone call to inform me about what is happening or whatthe problem is. when asking for team leader they drop the call. pathetic service all round. while on the call with consultant she is having her own conversation with someone else then puts me on hold with no warning. Have these consultants been trained in any way or are they just there to collect a pay slip.... if there was a zero rating , that is what they would get.
