Pathetic service

I met with a gentleman by the name of Elias at the roads department in Edenvale last year . Explained that the to enter my driveway from the road is almost impossible as it has been damaged for years. He asked for my address and said he will go past to view. A few days later I contacted him and he advised that the repair will be done but could not be done then due to water restrictions. This year I have been callibg him, smsing, whatsapping and he has nor returned any calls or messages. I have gone to his offices and he is never available. This year they have resurfaced the roads even the roads in front of my house but still no call or communication of the repair bring done. It is almost impossible to get to my driveway and have even damaged my car Tyre doing so. The service is truelly pathetic and cannot believe a diligent rate payer can be treated this way.
