Pathetic service

Pathetic service..... I did not know I had an outstanding bill with them. I never got any statements from them. Then I get an sms to say my account is handed over to debts. Pathetic service.... Are you allowed to hand someone over without making them aware that they have an outstanding bill...ridiculous service from them.
