pathetic service and extremely rude !!benoni

<p>We have had the most horrible service with the muncipality yesterday!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Our prepaideter got blocked because of outstanding amount on our account, (we had people rentig the house and they didnt pay the electricity bill, the electricity was then deactivated , but then these people went into benoni muncipality and they activated the electricity WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION , THIS IS *******!! ) now we have to pay for the electicity that the muncipality *******ly switched on??? This is pathetic !! I need this resolved as soon as possible !! </p>
