Pathetic service

I have reported a problem regarding a meter reading "electricity" which not showing how many units are left and recently it showed only 0.00kwh then c.51.0 code. A call was logged on the 1st of February 2023 "reference number 1804" till today no one has came to check the unit instead I'm being sent from pillar to post regarding this issue.. I'm not sure it how Ekurhuleni municipality works in terms of not doing follow up with their clients. I'm gatvol of calling then told that the matter is gonna be resolved till date, pathetic service
