Pathetic service

We have been without electricity since Saturday 24/06 @20:30 logged calls call centre just tell you we will Escalate we are the only house in our street without electricity we stay in Birchleigh...and yes we pay our bill every month and this is the horrible service you get..We need this resolved ASAP
