PATHETIC Municipality!

I have never in my life experienced such bad/*********** and unprofessional services like I have with the municipality of Germiston. We started having problems with our electricity supply to the house from 9 November up until today 23 November, that the municipality seems not to be able or want to repair. I have contacted many people to try and get this problem fixed. I even phoned the City Manager yesterday. She actually answered my call but as soon as I explained our problem she dropped the call. When I phoned back another person answered and told me I must contact the HOD Mr Tshilidzi Thenga. I phoned and sent a WhatsApp no reply. The reply from the HOD he will investigate, with no further feedback as yet! I even asked our ward counselor to send him an email. His reply three days ago will investigate.... I resend an email with no reply. I even contacted the operations and maintenance manager Mduduzi Mncube, as well as Robert Pienaar with no reply or answer. I contacted the energy department Mpume Dhlamini on the 20th of November; will investigate. I've re-send the email with no reply. Yet they claimed that the Ekurhuleni is the best run municipality in the country. What a joke! We are still battling with this issue!!
